Poor Customer Service And Poor Management
I purchased two Christmas inflatables online, to be picked up at a local store, They said theyd send confirmation of when I could pick up my order 24-48 hrs well 48 hours past actually 60 hrs past and No email. I went to their website and it said my order was cancelled and for me to call their customer service for explanation, well I called was left on hold for 18 minutes while the lady looked up why my order was cancelled? she finally came back and claimed both items were recalled by Gemmy for a fire hazard. she asked me if Id like to talk to her manager, because I said if the items were recalled why are you still offering these online? she put me on hold for another 15 minutes and came back and said her manager wasnt available and that he/she would call me directly the next day, Well needless to say no-one ever called me! I checked with Gemmy and they said nothing has been recalled, and that the store was lying about a recall??? I went to tractor supplys website and found they were still for sale and said they were available online??? Ive spent thousand of dollars at their store, and they treated me like crap! they have very poor customer service and poor management! I ended up buying one of the two items at another store, Id really like the goat if its available! Thank you!
