I have used Tru Green for several years. In 2020 , my husband and I decided to make a payment for the entire year. This was a one time payment with my card, not my husband’s card. I did not authorize anyone to save the card on file. However, my card has been charged throughout 2021 and 2022 for services I did not request. My husband called in October 2021, the agent claimed to not have an account in his name, phone number or by email address. So we were thinking the account was closed. Moreover, I have looked back over my past bank statements, noticing that I have been charged each month for the services which are in my husband’s name. How can Tru Green save my card on file and charge me for an account which is not in my name. I called this morning, the account was located, the agent agreed to refund half of the amount for the recent lawn treatment. We should have not had a treatment because my husband paused the treatment until further notice. This is totally illegal to conduct financial transactions in such manner without the authorization of the card holder. I will seek legal advice and contact Trust Dale for further actions.

How Many Program Options Are There And What Types Of Programs Does The Company Offer And What Is Offered Within That Program
TruGreen offers three programs, two of which are really just lawn options while the third program has some tree and shrub health care thrown in.
Oasis has three lawn care programs. As you upgrade, aeration and overseeding are added in, should they be services that are determined are needed when you begin service for your lawn. But all the lawn care necessities such as grub control and surface feeding insect control are included in each program level. Some of these items arent mentioned on Trugreens program description on their website.

So there you go. As you can see, there are significant savings to the DIYer, but you do have to sometimes invest in more than you need for a single season. Also, keep in mind, this plan is very simple and doesnt include any fungicides that may be needed throughout the year.
