Dig Out The Quackgrass By Hand
Dig out a hole of about one foot. Use a sharp and thin iron rod to dig down properly towards the bottom of roots.

The next step is to grow any desired plant in the area and prevent Quackgrass from becoming back.
Turn the barren land into a garden with resistive crops like wheat, rye, oats, sorghum, etc. The plants will help prevent Quackgrass.
