Purchase and apply a Broadleaf herbicide to the lawn, and allow 2 weeks to see full results. Dont expect all weeds, including Broadleaf weeds, to be killed with a single application.
After 2 weeks check the lawn weeds and look for signs of weeds that have browned-off but havent yet died. The lawn may then require another application of Broadleaf herbicide.
Any Tricks For Killing Weeds In The Lawn Without Killing Grass
Pre-emergent and post-emergent herbicides are designed just for this. Both are made especially for weeds. So, the pre-emergent for crabgrass or post-emergent for dandelions were created just for those plants. They wont hurt your lawn.

This product is a concentrate and should be mixed with water in a concentrate. It will kill a lot of common weeds such as Dandelion, Clover, Chickweed, Dollarweed and many others.
The one downside to the Image Southern Lawn Weed Killer is its not the best choice for killing some of the tougher weeds such as Crabgrass, Doveweed, Dallisgrass, and others. If you have these weeds then Id suggest using Celsius WG. You might have some sticker shock when you see the price of this product but keep in mind it is a concentrate that gets mixed with water so you get a lot of mileage out of it. Chances are this product will last you several seasons.
To treat your lawn with either of these products, I recommend walking your lawn frequently and spraying any lawn weeds you see. This will help you stay on top of weeds and will prevent them from spreading. Many broadleaf weeds require a follow up treatment. Both products benefit from adding a little Surfactant.

How Do You Kill Weeds In Grass But Not Grass
With great care! You have to use a selective weed killer that will kill the weeds without harming the grass.
Unfortunately, most selective, post-emergent herbicides are going to be classed as harsh chemicals.

The key to applying weed and feed is timing, where it should ideally be applied in late April/ early May and then again, if necessary, in September.

If you have a lot of weeds mixed in with your lawn it might seem ridiculous to go around and spray each individual weed.
Instead, youre better off blanket spraying your entire lawn with your lawn safe liquid herbicide. Blanket spraying usually requires a larger 4 gallon tank sprayer with a handle for pumping: 4 Gallon Tank Sprayer
You simply mix the liquid herbicide with water and walk your entire lawn while spraying. I like to go up and down in rows, usually following my mowing lines.
Kill Weeds In Your Lawn Naturally With No Chemicals
If you spot any weeds the best method to kill them is to pick them by hand ensuring you get the root as well. Try to pick them before they have had a chance to spread seed.
Be persistent, they may grow back, just pick them out again and again. They will eventually weaken and give up.
Garden Weasel have an all natural product. The active ingredient is cinnamon bark and it is used to kill crabgrass, chickweed and other similar weeds.
If you only have a few scattered broadleaf weeds such as plantain or dandelion, consider spot treating each weed with vinegar rather than applying a chemical herbicide.
Vinegar will kill you’re grass too so only get it on the weeds.
